Sunday marks the second week of Lent and we hope you have been able to read along the devotional. The second week's theme is Shalom: The Way to the Promise of Peace. Here are the questions to contemplate this week:
-Where in your life can you recall the stormy seas being calmed?
-How did it feel to know that amid trouble you were being held safe and secure?
-Where is this peace that passes all understanding needed right now in your home, community, church or country?
If you are here for worship, you can write a word, phrase or image that comes to mind in answer to these questions and place it on the Prayer Cross on Sunday. We will also move the cross outside after worship on Sunday until 4PM for those who want to add their ribbon. And if you are out of town, feel free to email us with what you would like to add to a ribbon and we will do it for you!
