Worship Info for 8.29.21

Join us for worship online or in person this Sunday at 9:30AM Pacific Time.

For those joining us in-person, we ask that you social distance and wear a mask.  We have masks available for your use.   Due to the upswing in Covid cases, we ask that during singing, you either hum the tune, sing very softly, or meditate on the words.  We are no longer requesting RSVP's, but please sign in when you arrive for worship. We are continuing to keep names just in case we need to do contact tracing.

You can connect online at www.facebook.com/groups/fpclagrande to watch the service live and you can use that same link to access a recording of the worship service anytime. We invite you to add your name to our Virtual Guest Book to help us know who is watching, take prayer requests, and connect with you if you wish.  The link to the Guest Book is https://forms.gle/2oa9f7RoQV8rJEX47

Hope to see you Sunday!

Worship Info 8.15.21

 Dear Friends,

Join us for worship online or in person this Sunday at 10:30AM Pacific Time as we glorify God together with our brothers and sisters in Christ from the Pendleton and Baker City Presbyterian Churches at the beautiful chapel at Westminster Woods.  There will not be a worship service in La Grande.

For those joining us in-person, we are following the governor's mandate that all people indoors together should wear masks, regardless of vaccination status.  We'll have masks available. We will be singing, but the chapel has a removal outside wall to allow ample ventilation and spacing, and some worshippers can choose to sit completely outside as they feel comfortable. We also ask worshippers to maintain social distancing to help.

There will not be a potluck this year, but folks are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch to eat following the service.

To get to Westminster Woods, take I-84 West approximately 24 miles.  Take exit 234 toward Emigrant Springs State Park and at the top of the exit ramp, make a left turn to cross back over I-84.  At the intersection make a sharp left turn.  Continue straight for approximately .4 miles and turn right at the entrance to Westminster Woods.

If you join us on line, the link this week will be https://www.facebook.com/PendletonPresbyterian

Hope to see you Sunday!

Blessings,
Keith and Laura

Please be aware that as of July 27, due to the uptick in Covid cases and hospitalizations across the nation, the CDC and the State are recommending that all people, whether vaccinated or not, should resume wearing masks in public indoor spaces. At FPC, we review the changing Covid situation frequently, adapting as necessary and trying to walk a fine line between due caution and honoring individual needs. We seek the health and wellbeing of our whole community.

If you are joining us in-person, we encourage everyone, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a face covering or mask. Since we are singing, people should still maintain social distancing to help reduce the possible spread of Covid-19 variants to those who are still vulnerable.  We are no longer requesting RSVP's, but please sign in when you arrive for worship. We are continuing to keep names just in case we need to do contact tracing.
