Join us for The Frozen Chosen, our spring educational and fellowship event. Starting Sunday, April 14 at 6PM, we will gather weekly in the Friendship Center to watch a Season 1 episode of The Chosen and eat ice cream! Discussion to follow. This is a family-friendly event for all ages. We will have some toys and games in the back of the PFC if little ones need a distraction. Episodes vary in length from 30 to 50 minutes.
Some folks have volunteered to bring cookies to go with the ice cream. If you have a treat you would like to bring to share, you are more than welcome.
The Chosen is a groundbreaking historical drama based on the life of Jesus Christ, seen through the eyes of those who knew him. Set against the backdrop of Roman oppression in first-century Israel, the show shares an authentic and intimate look at Jesus’ revolutionary life and teachings.
