Sunday Morning Worship Info!

We are meeting in person and online to glorify Christ together at 9:30AM Sunday mornings!

We love children in worship! Our nursery is open, but we do not have a nursery attendant at this time. Parents are invited to listen to the service in the nursery while tending their children.

You may also join us online at www.facebook.com/groups/fpclagrande.
Please contact the church office for updates on group gatherings.

Online Spiritual Direction Experience

Dear FPC Friends and Family,

In recent worship and Midweek Connection videos, I (Pastor Laura) have been announcing an online group spiritual direction experience that I'll be facilitating via Zoom. Here's more information and a link to an online registration form, which I need to be able to send you the Zoom links.

Your Most Life-Giving Story: noticing, appreciating and discovering a fuller truth in your life.

In this online group spiritual direction experience, participants will discover new life-giving insights by sharing their personal stories in a small group, using story prompts and the 4-4-4 format developed by Diane M. Millis in Re-Creating a Life (Check out the book here: https://www.dianemillis.com/recreating-a-life).

It looks like this: during each week's Zoom meeting, you will work with a small group of no more than 4; each participant in the group will have the opportunity to share a story, inspired by a story-prompt, for 4 minutes. Then the group will help the storyteller reflect on his/her story for 4 minutes, after which the storyteller can add or deepen their story for another 4 minutes.
To make this experience best for all participants, you need to make a commitment to bringing your full listening presence to each weekly event.

Dates: August 19, 26, Sept. 2, 9.
Time: 4:00-5:30pm (Pacific)
Location: wherever you can access Zoom :) No need to be local. Zoom link will be sent the day before each session.
Cost: Free!
